Warranty Audit:

• Conduct warranty claims review and ensure compliance with company policies
• Conduct onsite and remote monitoring which adheres to professional auditing standards to validate the legitimacy of warranty claims
• Conduct thorough examinations of claims, service orders, and documents to verify accuracy, eligibility and compliance to the standard procedures
• Provide management with potential fraudulent risks based on conducted warranty claim reviews and audit
• Identify, document and quantify instances of non-compliance and fraudulent activity or abuse within the claim process
• Track and monitor the implementation of corrective actions to avoid fraudulent claims
