System Analyst

Based in Metro and outer regional areas of South Australia, our client is a well-established professional people transport corporation with diverse transfer solutions for their customer requirements. 

They are looking for a full-time System Analyst who has experience with assessing their IT systems processes and methods, and ability to suggest improvements and modifications to existing system and include new systems to increase the system productivity and meet user needs. 

Your main duties include but not limited to:

• Understanding company business requirements and consider various options in development of new system processes for booking dispatch systems, MDM’S and other online services.
• Working closely with the call centre staff and other users of the software systems and analysing its efficiency and formulating strategy to improve the system processes.
