We are seeking a delivery-focused System Analyst to drive end-to-end functional analysis and solution alignment across complex payment processing initiatives. The role centers on translating business and non-functional requirements into detailed specifications, facilitating vendor and stakeholder collaboration, performing impact assessments, and ensuring traceability throughout the SDLC. The successful candidate will act as a key bridge between business units, vendors, and internal IT teams — managing scope, risks, and communication — while supporting project execution from estimation through implementation and testing governance.
This role requires deep domain expertise in pre-payment, core payment, and post-payment ecosystems, including regional and cross-border rails such as DuitNow, FPS, PromptPay, PayNow, BI Fast, and SWIFT, alongside experience configuring vendor platforms such as **FIS
