Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in application development, enhancement, and maintenance activities under defined architectures and standards.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with academic, administrative, and IT stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for system interfaces, reports, and workflows.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current processes and target system capabilities.
  • Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case preparation, defect tracking, and resolution.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and support defect resolution in coordination with development teams.
