System Analyst

Job Description

Gather and analyze business requirements to create detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS). Design intuitive UI/UX layouts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Develop clear system flowcharts and process models using industry-standard tools. Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment. Define and execute quality assurance processes, including test case creation. Track, log, and manage defects using bug tracking tools. Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and obtain stakeholder sign-offs. Ensure system designs comply with organizational and healthcare standards. Continuously improve analysis, design, and QA workflows for efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS / Software Engineering or a related field. Candidates with Master’s degree will be preferred.
