System Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Software Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers and Business Analysts to determine requirement objectives, define business challenges and solutions, and align on project requirements.
• Identify risks and challenges within user requirements, and validate requirement results through thorough testing.
• Coordinate development with developers to ensure smooth project execution, track project and change request progress, and conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure operational efficiency after implementation.
• Perform analysis and research to understand the Payment industry market needs.
• Manage and document user requirements:

i) Perform detailed analysis of requirements and propose solutions for business needs.
