System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate business requirements related to POS systems and convert them into clear, actionable system specifications.
• Gather, document, and maintain business processes, data flows, and system integration needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations) to deliver technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Work on enhancements, new features, and system integrations.
• Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and new requirements.
• Assist in testing (functional, regression, integration), ensuring that solutions meet both functional and technical specifications.
• Provide technical documentation including flow diagrams, data mapping, and API specifications.
• Participate in UAT and provide post-deployment support to resolve production issues and collect feedback for future improvements.
