Key Areas of Responsibility
To ensure the corporate IT systems are running smoothly, efficiency and effectively.
- Set up, support & manage all the IT systems.
- Support and maintain applications and databases by evaluating client needs; analyzing requirements.
- Identify the requirements by consulting extensively with vendors, external or internal users.
- Strong system analysis and logical thinking are required to implement the new system and support the existing system.
- Minor programming language knowledge is preferable.
- Plan and work flexibly to a deadline.
- Provide reference for use of the system/ applications by writing and maintaining user documentation, maintaining a help desk.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
