Responsibilities

  • Configure, upgrade, administer, monitor, and maintain software, hardware, and associated utility software products for a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Organize software installations and upgrades to systems in support of business processing requirements and service level agreements.
  • Authorize and monitor access to phones, computers, and infrastructure in accordance with established organizational policy; investigate unauthorized access and perform security-related administrative duties.
  • Ensure maximum uptime and reliable service delivery for systems and environments.
  • Coordinate with service providers as necessary (e.g., ISP, cell phone, printer providers) as part of maintaining the WMS and related infrastructure.
