The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining a variety of systems including servers, networks, and databases. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of system administration best practices and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure system security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Maintain backups and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of systems
- Provide technical support to end-users
