Job Description:

  • Maintains, installs, upgrades and configures computer systems hardware and software specifically around defect automation processes between Service Now and Jira

  • Implements automation strategies

  • Provides operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers and storage devices

  • Performs recovery procedures, scheduling and backups, and monitors batch processes


Requirements:

  • Typically requires a college degree (or equivalent) with up to one year of experience but may not have any.

  • Has conceptual knowledge of theories, principles, and practices within discipline and industry.
