About the Role

The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing technical support for all network and technology-related hardware and software issues to ensure the ongoing usability of desktops, laptops, servers and peripherals for GuestTek’s internal systems usage. This is an intermediate position that will bridge the gap between desktop support and server administration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day support to all employees.
  • Configure and maintain desktop, laptops and server systems.
  • Set up and administer end user computing accounts.
  • Assist with network maintenance.
  • Participate in support and administration of the Avaya phone system.
