Job Description
The ideal candidate will maintain, organize, and modify the company's servers/vicidial systems. This individual will evaluate and assess systems - servers, Asterisk phone system to ensure they are operating effectively.
Responsibilities
Maintain system efficiency
Order, maintain Database and telephony servers
Ensure Network/Servers security implementation
Make recommendations for upgrades
Evaluate and modify system performance
provide support to customers to resolve network or voice problems
Responsible for day to day administration of vicidial system's .
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
1 years' experience as System Administrator
Must required Experience with;
Asterisk phone system
Vicidial system
MySQL Database
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in English language
