Job Description
Overview:
The System Administrator will support and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem and adjacent technologies (Domo BI, Microsoft 365, Intune, MuleSoft, and other enterprise systems). This role ensures stability, security, and scalability of the company's cloud infrastructure and integrations that enable clinical, operational, and analytics workflows across a global user base.
This position will be instrumental in managing user access, system performance, and cross-system integrations while collaborating with onshore technical teams to support a 24/7 healthcare operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Platform Administration
- Manage user provisioning, role hierarchies, permission sets, and SSO configurations.
- Maintain Salesforce orgs, sandboxes, and metadata including object schema, validation rules, and automation flows.
- Oversee data hygiene, deduplication, and data import/export processes using Data Loader or APIs.
