We are currently seeking a System Administration(ISM/CDE) to join our team in jalisco, Guanajuato (MX-GUA), Mexico (MX).

  • Work directly on Active Directory and other client customized application for user account provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Responsible for working on Remedy queues for customer requests in FIFO basis unless directed by Team Lead or Manager or any authorized person.
  • Experience on working on BMC Remedy is a plus.
  • Assist and guide all Security Provisioning Sr. Associate for all process and procedures related queries
  • Will need to work directly under the supervision of a Team Lead or a Sr. Analyst or Manager.
