Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive SysAdmin analyst to join our IT team and help manage infrastructure in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy Objects.
  • Support and monitor network infrastructure (on-premise and cloud).
  • Lead endpoint security and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in planning high‑impact IT projects.

Qualifications

  • Self‑learner; eager to pick up new technologies.
  • Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
  • Fluent English communication skills (advanced English required).
  • Experience level: Junior to Mid‑level.

Full‑time contract with all legal benefits.

Location: Cali On‑site (North of Cali).

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (including Colombian holidays).
