System Admin & Static Data SCIB Analyst

Country: Mexico

Responsibilities

  • Data Quality (Pre-post trade services - CIB) - E2E circuit monitoring for the calculation of metrics, performing completeness and integrity analysis of information, as well as monitoring and review of the calculated figures.
  • Daily status report, after reviews and analysis performed.
  • Follow-up of technological and operational incidents of the E2E process and proposal of action plans.
  • Coordination of teams involved in incident management until resolution, as well as reprocess management.
  • Ad-hoc call for the follow-up and resolution of incidents with the teams involved.
  • Parameterization or configuration of risk systems.
  • Participation in projects and initiatives, as well as proposals for improvements in the circuit.
  • Respond to user requests and queries and resolve system issues.
