- M365- Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, Microsoft Online, Powershell Scripting, Intune
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 services: o Exchange Online o SharePoint Online o Microsoft Teams
- Administer and support Slack and Confluence platforms.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
- Manage user provisioning, access controls, security policies, and compliance settings.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Support and develop workflows using Power Apps and related Microsoft 365 automation tools.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and service availability.
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and platform enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
