JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Administering Point-of-Sales (POS) system, including ordering & installation arrangement, menu & promotion setup, and updating pricing.
• Define strategies and goals while ensuring the POS systems' daily management, support and maintenance are met.
• Deliver data support by accessing and working with large data from multiple sources, and partnering it with the business to identify strategic opportunities and deliver results.
• Managed and tracked campaign performances, including conducting all analyses and post-campaign reporting.
• Providing accurate and timely financial information for management to make data-driven decisions.
• Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
• Serve as a liaison between the business and technology teams, manage configurations, develop best practice processes and deliver future enhancements.
