• Manage, administer, and monitor the health of all networking and computing assets, including:
• Laptops, desktops, and servers
• Routers, gateways, and network devices
• On-premise and remote/cloud servers
• Ensure high uptime and availability of all servers, services, and internal tools
• Maintain accessibility of all critical out-of-office and remote-access services
• Create, maintain, and regularly test backup and disaster recovery policies
