The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished and motivated Synergy Manager to join the ANZIC-RC and contribute to the advancement of The ICU SYNERGY.


The ICU SYNERGY aims to improve personalised, value-based care and patient outcomes in critically ill patients with specific aims including the:

  • Generation of new knowledge to address national critical care research priorities.

  • Expending Australian research capacity and infrastructure to improve patient-important outcomes.

  • Support value-based care in new Synergies across multidisciplinary inter/national research.

  • Assistance in the translation of knowledge into practice, lead guidelines and improve cost-effectiveness as well as evaluate practice change, patient-important outcomes and resource utilisation,

    • Working closely with Prof Carol Hodgson and the ANZIC Research Centre staff, you will lead and support the aims of the ICU SYNERGY Program. You ...
