Milestone IT is currently working with a brilliant organisation who right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Switchboard Operator to join a great team at a large hospital.
We are seeking candidates who are available to commence training as soon as possible and have flexibility in their availability to work morning, afternoon and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities include:
Handling high volume inbound and outbound calls via digital call switchboard. Answer, screen, forward Phone calls and queries for the Business Managing /Responding / forwarding the daily emails Delivering assistance in a polite, clear, well-spoken and calm manner in all circumstances Performing routine clerical duties as required by the Manager Office administration, Data Entry, Book Keeping Skills we are looking for:
