Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnswer all incoming calls promptly and professionally (within 5 rings / 20 seconds) Transfer calls accurately to the correct departments or individuals. Take and relay detailed messages via email or Teams when employees are unavailable. Assist with dialling and transferring international calls. Maintain an updated list of staff extensions, new joiners, leavers, and emergency contacts.
