Key Responsibilities
- Operate the hotel’s telephone system efficiently and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Assist guests and staff with outgoing calls and telephone-related enquiries.
- Ensure all guest enquiries, requests, and requirements are handled promptly and courteously.
- Assist with reception duties when required.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, hygiene, and grooming in line with hotel standards.
