Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Processing Executive with a foundational understanding of SWIFT messaging and payment operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in processing and investigating SWIFT payment messages (MT103, MT202, MT202 COV) and a sound understanding of ISO 20022 and PACS messages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle manual payments processing on client systems efficiently and accurately.
- Perform manual cash postings and SWIFT message capture/verification (MT103, MT202, MT202 COV).
- Investigate stuck or failed payment messages and resolve them promptly.
