About The Role
As a Swedish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you'll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence.
During your first three months, you'll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you'll get hands-on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis - with no earning cap.
