Pentasia is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Swedish Speaking) to support customers via live chat, email, and phone. You will take ownership of complex issues, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and help ensure smooth KYC and withdrawal processes while performing daily security checks.

Ideal candidates have fluency in Swedish, an interest in sports and casino, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work flexible shifts including night hours.
