Job Description

  • Monitor SCCM console for client health, deployments, and compliance status
  • Assist in deploying software, patches, and updates to end-user systems
  • Package, test, and deploy software applications and patches using SCCM
  • Manage and support collections, boundaries, and boundary groups
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of SCCM client issues
  • Follow documented SOPs for routine tasks and incident handling
  • Generate routine reports for compliance, software inventory, and hardware asset tracking
  • Maintain and update documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs), deployment checklists, and troubleshooting steps
  • Participate in change management processes for SCCM-related updates and deployments

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of SCCM/MECM components and functions
  • Understanding of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
  • Familiarity with software deployment and patching processes
