Job Description

  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicle systems and production issues
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) using 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone methods
  • Support SWAT (rapid response) activities for critical field and plant issues
  • Analyze data from diagnostic tools, CAN logs, and test systems
  • Work with cross-functional teams (design, quality, manufacturing, suppliers)
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Document findings, reports, and resolution plans
  • Provide on-site support for issue validation and closure
