+ Partner with the NEXT Program⁃Overall Lead to shape and execute a transformation vision and plan that leverages the power of technology and data to transform how we work and operate ⁃ removing complexity, connecting silos, driving speed and agility, ensuring connected insights and enabling digital/mobile⁃first and consumer⁃ first mindsets
+ Enable the change and related interconnectivity across technology and in⁃scope business processes through the lens of the consumer, customer, supplier and our employees/workforce.
+ 3Ensure technology⁃touching organizations (e.g. IT, Online), including capabilities and structure, are aligned to deliver the vision and plan while continuing to innovate and evolve in a rapidly changing world. Build credibility and trust across the enterprise.
+ Help instill organizational behaviors that are consistent with our new ways of working and operating
