Job Title: Sustaining Engineer
Job Description Summary

The Sustaining Engineer is responsible for ensuring the long-term reliability, performance, and manufacturability of existing products or systems throughout their lifecycle. This role involves analyzing failures, implementing engineering change orders (ECOs), troubleshooting production issues, and driving cost-reduction initiatives while collaborating with quality and manufacturing teams.

The Sustaining Engineer reports to the Product Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with released products to maintain quality and performance standards.
  • Engineering Change Management: Manage the ECO process, including updating drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and CAD files to reflect design changes.
