Crop Defenders Ltd. is seeking a dedicated IPM Consultant with a strong background in Entomology or Plant Science. You will help maintain pest-free crops by assessing crop health, and offering tailored integrated pest management (IPM) strategies. Collaborating with both growers and our R&D team, you will ensure cutting-edge pest management techniques are utilized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor pest activity
• Identify pests and beneficial insects using diagnostic tools
• Develop tailored integrated pest management strategies
• Provide training and workshops for growers
• Collaborate with R&D for updated solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Entomology, Plant Science, or related field
• 4+ years of pest management experience
