The Sustainability Coordinator (SC) is a professional with expertise in green building and certifications such as LEED, BERDE, EDGE, WELL, and the like. The SC's primary role is to monitor and ensure the correct implementation of the sustainability requirements of each project during design, construction, and operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
(1) Review and assess project drawings and specifications to verify alignment with the company's sustainability requirements and best practices.
(2) Conduct periodic on-site inspections, document findings, and report the implementation status to ensure sustainable construction practices are effectively executed.
