Sushi Leader – Ohma Asian

About the role

As our Sushi Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 3–4 sushi chefs while working closely with our Head Chef and the hot kitchen team. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations, consistent quality, and an excellent guest experience.

This is a hands‑on leadership position where you lead by example, coach your team, and contribute to a positive and professional working environment.
