Job Description
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi dishes
- Grill, boil, bake, or fry meats, seafood, and other ingredients
- Prepare and record inventory, food wastage, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure the quality of food being prepared and services according to the business standards
