Pick n Pay Hypermarket Sushi Talent Pipeline is seeking candidates for future opportunities as Sushi Assistants or Sushi Chefs. The program values passion for the craft, exceptional presentation, and commitment to quality and safety.

Minimum requirements include Matric, experience in cutting and filleting fish, and ability to prepare all fish products, plus broad knowledge of fish and strong leadership to motivate a team, with a solid understanding of food safety/hygiene standards.
