  • Job Title: Stock Condition Surveyor (Social Housing)



  • Pay Rate: £35.00 – £45.00 per hour (Umbrella / CIS depending on preference)




  • Contract Length: 6-Month Minimum Contract (Long-term programme)




  • Mandatory Compliance: Valid CSCS Card & Asbestos Awareness certificate




  • Sector: Social Housing – Asset Management & Property Compliance
