Responsibilities:

• Provide team leadership and supervise staff
  
  
• Assist with business development for new and existing clients
  
  
• Develop budgets/proposals
  
  
• Track costs/project budgets
  
  
• Manage multiple large projects simultaneously
  
  
• Plat creation, boundary calculations, and oversight
  
  
• Research public records (at recorders office/online)

  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
    
    
  • 8+ years of land surveyor experience working in Illinois
