Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor live and recorded surveillance footage to ensure the integrity of gaming operations and compliance with company policies and gaming regulations
Conduct continuous observation of casino floors, gaming tables, bingo operations, and online/streaming activities to detect irregularities, fraud, cheating, or suspicious behavior
Operate and maintain surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, recording equipment, and monitoring software
Review incidents and flagged activities, document findings accurately, and prepare detailed surveillance reports
