Surgical Technologist (Per Diem)

The Surgical Technologist (Per Diem) in the ASC provides technical hands-on support to the surgeon and operating room team by handling instruments, supplies and equipment before, during and after surgery. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with strong orthopedic and/or ENT experience.

Schedule: Per Diem, Tuesdays and Fridays, 10-hour shifts starting at 6:45am.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Surgical Technologist include, but are not limited to:

• Work with all members of the health care team to provide optimal care to the patient throughout their surgical experience.
• Maintain a friendly, positive, and caring attitude with all patients, physicians and staff.
• Properly handles the instruments, supplies and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure.
