Day Group Timmins is looking for a Surface Mining Field Supervisor who is client-focused, and has proven knowledge of construction technology, documentation, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures. The Surface Mining Supervisor will require a solid understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, QA/QC requirements, and excellent ability to supervise and direct groups in an efficient manner.

To be successful in our dynamic environment you must have 5 years of field‑experience and 3‑4 years in a supervisory role. Your strong knowledge of construction site operations, including Occupational Health and Safety compliance, proven leadership and problem‑solving capabilities, and ability to meet deadlines on‑time and on‑budget will be an asset.
