ABOUT THIS ROLE
You are responsible for improving the customer experience on Web and App for Audible in non-English language marketplaces (BR, DE, FR, ES, IT, JP and Latin America). The goal of the team you are part of is to improve engagement, retention and revenue in Audible’s non-English marketplaces. Together with your team, you plan and execute a test-driven approach to content discovery and customer engagement. This includes both projects initiated by the marketing team as well as feature improvements proposed by our product partners. You will be good at both working independently and within cross-functional project teams.
