Job Description

The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for leading the team assigned, ensuring that both preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed as scheduled. This role includes managing resources such as spare parts and materials, following mining safety standards, and overseeing field operations. The supervisor also monitors performance indicators, prepares technical reports, supports safety procedures, and ensures proper control of the budget under his responsability. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a technical team.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and support repairs.
  • Ensure safety standards (mining regulations).
  • Manage tools, parts, and resources.
