You will lead key projects that enhance quality, reduce cost, improve productivity, optimize cycle time, and strengthen operational excellence through Lean, Kaizen, TPM, and digital transformation practices. The role also collaborates closely with Asia Pacific teams and represents ASEAN Operations in global CI forums to sustain high-performance culture and business improvements.
