**Responsible for daily operations and short/long-term planning of the groups under their management.
Manages manufacturing requests (Kanban/Kitted Factory Orders), inventory control, EH&S, shipping/receiving, cycle counts (investigates causes of variances), etc.
Focuses on customer service processes, safety, quality, and the implementation of TEOA tools within the Distribution Center.
Responsible for understanding TE Connectivity's Quality Policy.
