Job Description

+ Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
+ Spares planning for Dealers & Audit on Regular basis
+ Meeting with Distributors & Sub dealers on Monthly basis
+ Reconciliation of Dealer account at service end.
+ Maintaining service Call and evaluating TAT for all Dealers daily basis & improvement plan.
+ Resolving Customers problems and improve customer service.
+ Should have technical Knowledge on RAC & VRF , Technical site visits for support.
+ Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
+ Maintaining strong relationships with dealers, and sales representatives.
+ Training to new Technicians on Carrier Product & EH&S.
