**Job Summary and Qualifications**
This position will supervise, plan, and coordinate the daily operations of the Schedulers, Patient Access Services, and Insurance Verification areas including working as a patient access representative that rotates the schedule in order to provide continual support in the registration and admission procedural areas. This employee will be responsible for the training and development of new employees, employee performance evaluations including disciplinary management, manage staff schedules, and provide coverage as needed.
