Supported Internship Programme Officer
Location: Aylesbury (office-based)
Salary: Bucks Pay Range 4 (£31,424 - £33,735 pro rata)
Actual Salary: £23,515 - £25,244
Hours: 32.5 per week (term time only + 2 weeks)
Contract: 1 year fixed term, until
Reporting to: Supported Internship Strategic Lead

Established in 2018, the Bucks Supported Internship Programme was the first of its kind in Buckinghamshire. Based in central Aylesbury, we are dedicated to transforming futures by bridging education and employment.
Through bespoke programmes and meaningful, individualised work placements with 15 local employers, we support young people to develop the skills, confidence, and experience they need to succeed. Our on-site training café further enhances learning, creating real‑world opportunities that unlock each intern’s potential and support lasting pathways into employment.
