Supported Accommodation Project Coordinator – Paignton

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate and skilled Coordinator to oversee our supported accommodation project in Paignton.

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Coordinator to lead a small team in providing support to vulnerable young people aged 16-25 through their journey to independence. The role involves managing day‑to‑day coordination of staff, ensuring the quality of support, and housing management of the project in conjunction with colleagues.

The post will include lone working and participation in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota providing emergency support for the project.
