Support Worker/Group Facilitator (Men's Service)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Support Worker / Group Facilitator to join our Men’s Residential Service. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting clients through trauma‑informed addiction treatment, delivering impactful group interventions and providing practical, person‑centred support to help individuals build sustainable recovery.

Salary: £27,000 – £28,500 per annum pro rata (depending on experience)
Hours: 28 hours per week (including some weekends and bank holidays)
Pension: Auto enrolment pension (6% employer contribution)
Location: Stroud
